Congestion

Due to the ongoing road works that continue on Hunts grove, the M5 Junction 12 exit southbound experiences severe congestion at peak times resulting in two dangerous situations. 1. A tailback of cars in the hard shoulder along M5 and 2. A more serious hazard from cars stopped! in the slow lane trying to leave the motorway at a congested exit. Vehicles particularly lorries are taking avoiding action that is just dangerous. This has previously been reported but still no apparent removal of Hazard. Surely attendance by the highways agency, Police and all the technology available would reduce the risk. Slowing traffic in this area and putting in some traffic measures would alleviate this problem but there's nothing in place it would appear. Please help before loved ones do not make it home. My partner uses this area daily and she says it is scary.
