Excessive long term rubbish with rats

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8324218.

The corner of this car park is full of disgraceful rubbish and has not been cleaned up for many months, have seen rats there several times including today amongst the old nappies, food containers, drinks containers etc

Halfords don't take responsibility for this as the courtyard is leased on a shared basis with the Range and not owned by them, I have asked them to refer the issue to the owners
