Ridiculous amounts of traffic as a cut through

Everyday between 8am to 9am & 3pm to 4pm nursery Lane & st davids road is gridlocked by traffic people using the road as a car park to drop and pick kids up. The roads around the area are used for a cut though so the don't have to go through Kingsthorpe it's slef. It's becoming a joke now people blocking driverways and the road no one gives way the road ends up blocked and people arguing in the street needs sorting asap.
