Unnecessary keep vlear road markings across bridge

Sent to Bath and North East Somerset Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8321380.

The Keep Clear road markings on the bridge are no longer needed as the accesses they were needed for have now been entirely built across and no longer exist. They cause drivers to leave unnecessary gaps in the traffic queues to the lights
