A huge puddle forms outside 4–5 Avon Buildings every time it rains — pedestrians are getting drenched as lorries and traffic from the main road into Bath plough straight through it. It’s happened twice in 30 seconds today alone. Please investigate urgently.

    This is still an ongoing issue that has not been resolved. Any time it rains, a huge puddle forms and poses risks to pedestrians. Please can this be fixed
