Temporary lights phasing is wrong

The temporary traffic lights at the junction of holmscroft with watermead road have ridiculous timings set. You can sit for 5 minutes on red yet see the roads are clear in the other directions. There is no actual need for traffic lights at this location during the works taking place as it is!
