Unauthorised flag attached to street lighting

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction by unpermitted skip, scaffolding, building material on pavement category anonymously at 16:30, Mon 20 October 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8318470.

Lampposts on Abbot’s Walk and along Foresters Road have unauthorised flags attached to them. These flags are attached very low down and are very large, posing a public safety risk

    •Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
    •Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
    •Exposed cables
    •Multiple street lighting faults
