Flooding

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8316638.

The layby opposite the train station car park is completely flooded again, very badly, causing drivers to splash pedestrians. It splashes up and right across the whole pavement. This has been going on for years, and has previously been reported, but nothing seems to have been done to stop it!
