Traffic obstruction

Hello, the traffic is appalling along the motorway at junction 12. Queuing of traffic before the 1 mile count down at junction 12. This is unsafe and I DO NOT expect to put my life at risk for inappropriate road works that all it is going to benefit is the new housing estate that majority of British citizens will not benefit from anyway. I do not expect to do a 12.5 hour night shift at the hospital to drive home in this amount of traffic!! I am tired and this is dangerous. It has taken on average 1 hour to get home on every morning I travel home. I should be able to drive home with no issues and get straight to bed however this is not the case and to top it off on the A38 Bristol Road dual carriageway you’ve made it single lane all the way down to the roundabout. This is very frustrating and had been going on since June. This not acceptable and I can no longer cope with having to try keep my eyes open because instead of 20 minutes that it would take me to get home it’s quadrupled!
