Bedbase dumped by a resident of the flats

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8315495.

Persistent problem with fly tipping from the flats - persistent offender. Today, items were left outside another residents house so that they have to deal with it. This is not on.
