Hedge still blocking footway

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8312724.

Despite 28 days since enforcement letter, access still blocked. Wet weather makes it more difficult to go around obstruction as wheelchair wheels will get stuck in mud/vulnerable people may slip.
