Abandoned Vehicle

This car has been parked opposite my property for nearly 3 years, it has never moved. The numberplates fell off not long after it was parked and are now placed on the windscreen. The number plates I have checked and the car has had several mot's but has never moved. I have screen shot the vehicle in position the time and date it was having its test, which means the numberplates are false. I reported the vehicle to TVP but its still here. I provided the police with the VIN in the windscreen which should prove the vehicle as being suspicious. It's taking a parking space and it obviously belongs to somebody.
