Very faded double yellow lines

The Digbeth / Sheep Street end of Well Lane has very faded double yellow lines which people are regularly ignoring. Parking half on the pavement and half on the street, particularly near the end before Union street near the pub. We've had cars parked outside our window, also in front of driveways. I note the white lines have recently been updated (give way). Please also urgently update the double yellows and add a no parking / stopping sign or two to help. Many thanks.
