Former Whiteinch Burgh Hall - lack of maintenance

Reported via desktop anonymously at 17:21, Saturday 18 October 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8312060.

This building continues to deteriorate.

1) It is not wind and water tight - missing roofing at the rear (as shown) lets in water & the mass of pigeons who encourage the recent outbreak of rats

2) The building is once again overgrown with trees and destructive buddleia returning

3) The grounds are once again overgrown which then seeds the entire residential street with weeds

4) The missing and broken rain goods have still not been replace, so the building's dampness issues continue as we go into yet another wet Glasgow winter.

OK. I've flagged the obvious on this 'B' listed building. Please attend to same before the building becomes totally ruinous & needs demolished (unless that's the plan...). Thanks.
