Hotspot fast food stretch a mess (again)

Why isn't this stretch of shops on an automatic, pro-active weekly clean? Why did the council just sit back, as per, and await another public report before reactively doing what should be done without perpetual prompting?

This is a hotspot. Please give it the attention it merits and needs.

Also get all the street clutter removed & empty that overflowing street bin but, before you do, check the contents - it's full of commercial waste. No wonder the street is full of litter...
