Overgrown weed and flytipping

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction blocking access category anonymously at 16:42, Sat 18 October 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8311950.

I would like to raise a concern regarding the neglected green patch in our cul-de-sac, which has been an ongoing issue for several years. This particular area has been left unattended for a long time, allowing brambles and various weeds to overgrow and infest the space.

As shown in the attached photo, the area is now in need of professional maintenance to completely remove the overgrowth. The brambles have started encroaching onto the street, causing scratches to vehicles parked nearby and obstructing visibility for residents and drivers. In addition to being unsightly, the area has unfortunately started attracting fly-tipping, as evidenced by the black rubbish visible in the photo.

We kindly request that this green patch be properly cleared and restored to prevent further deterioration and to avoid recurring weed problems each year. Thanks in advance.
