Cars running the first red light at this junction

I live in Harper close and use this road every day, cars constantly ignore or do not realise there are 2 sets of lights and yesterday this car drove very fast to the second set of lights, if traffic had been coming out from Oakwood station there would have been a serious accident. There should be a visible working camera there
