Drug paraphilia, human excrament and rubbish

I have had a studio in Robbins lane since June and each week more and more rubbish, drug paraphilia, human excrament, food waste etc are left outside the building. Many times I have swept needles out of the way of the door so I can open it and get in. My landlord has come and cleaned up drug paraphilia and human excrament on numerous occasions. It is now a weekly occurrence with the additional furniture now being left. I feel unsafe. I have spoken with the police who have said it's a council matter. Please help.
