Rotted window frames

Sent to West Sussex County Council and Worthing Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8310299.

The window frames of Flat 3 Warwick Mansions are rotten and glass is falling out. We live below and worry about using the balcony. Glass could fall onto the street below and would no doubt kill someone if it landed on them.
