Overgrown vegetation and leaf build-up reducing lighting and safety on pathThis path was reported a few months ago but the vegetation has grown back, now covering much of the nearby streetlight and making the area very dark during late evening, night and early morning. The ground is also covered in fallen leaves, which makes it difficult to see the raised manhole covers and uneven sections of the path. This creates a slipping and tripping hazard, especially when wet or in low light. The path needs vegetation cut back and a full sweep for safety.
