Overhanging bush and raised kerbstone

A large bush on private property is overhanging the pavement forcing pedestrians to walk at the outer edge of the pavement. Unfortunately the pavement has a corner kerbstone which is protruding upward and presents a trip hazard, to which I unfortunately fell victim and suffered injury.
