The section of pavement by the metal gate and hedge has several cracks, loose surface material, and areas where the top layer has worn away. It’s uneven and becomes slippery when wet due to moss and debris. This entrance is used regularly by pedestrians, including children and older people, and poses a tripping hazard. The damage has been present for several months and appears to be worsening.
