Sewer cover defective

I reported this problem in August, and today I received a message to say it has been fixed. I went to have a look, and IT HAS NOT BEEN TOUCHED. The cement fillet around the cover is as broken as ever, and I wonder where the info came from that said the problem had been solved. I include two photos taken this morning, and a longer view of the street (Old Botley) to show where it is located. Operatives coming to fix it should let me know in advance when they plan to come and we will make sure the street is clear.
