Litter over the waste land

There are food places that have been placed here and the litter from there is unbelievable. Rats running wild during the day and night as the customers dont have any respect and are throwing their food containers all over the place. Ive lived here for 40 plus years and the rubbish is at its worse. Im a disabled pensioner and im auck of rubbish being thrown in my garden from the customers of the food places. The council need to put bins about or enforce fines for the retailers as its their businesses that are littering the street. It needs cleaning badly we have NO street cleaners around her at all not even once a month. I am disgusted by the state of this area
