Huge Bush overhanging the Pavement

This is a huge bush, that regularly overhangs the pavement prevent people from walking on the footpath. Winter is coming and the Grass next to it (currently being used as the path) is going to become a quagmire. Please can the council cut the bush back, or can the tenant/owner be asked to cut it back - Thank you.

    Problem still not sorted, people now having to walk in the road. Disabled, o!d , mum's with buggies.

    As of today, there is still nothing done to sort this problem out. It's even worse than ever because cars have been parking on grass verge. I read it's under investigation but surely something should be happening by now.
