Dangerous, inconsiderate parking

These cars are all parked on the inside of a corner, making it a blind corner. Almost causing accidents most days.
They are owned by university students, who don’t actually live on this road. They are seen parking here and walking up towards the university. Many leaving their cars here for weeks, if not months at a time.
Often making it difficult for residents to get in and out of their driveways.
The owner of one of the cars pictured was seen throwing fast food rubbish out onto the grass last week.
This is a persistent issue every year during term time. Previously having cars abandoned for almost a year.
