Missing rain water drain cover

There has been a temporary metal pavement plate/cover over a missing gully drain top by the chicane on Westminster Way for months now. Because buses and other vehicles mount the curb there when trying to pass, it keeps getting dislodged making it dangerous for pedestrians and vehicles as it can then hang over onto the road.
