3xpotholes

There are 3 potholes all close together , the five cars onto wrong side of road on a blind bend. They are getting deeper all the time . This is very dangerous

  • These potholes are very deep and force drivers to enter the oncoming lane - that is if they see the potholes at all due to them being on a blind corner. There appears to have been no progress since they were first reported in October.

  • I hit these potholes yesterday a.m. couldnt avoid as oncoming van. These have been here for months. Very hazardous.

  • These potholes need fixing immediately, they force vehicles to either stop to go round or force vehicles into oncoming traffic. I have witnessed two vehicles with flat tyres after hitting these potholes, another safety concern. In wet weather you are unable to avoid as you cannot see, an accident waiting to happen.

  • Big pothole on the inside of the bend travelling towards Bampton. As others have said. Forces you to the other side of the road if you know that it’s there. If you don’t, make sure you close your mouth otherwise you’ll smash your teeth together when You hit it. Extremely sangoerous and only getting worse!!!!

  • Huge potholes on a blind bend where cars have to swerve to avoid them, it’s an accident waiting to happen. Been there for months and nothing has been done

  • Yep, these pot holes are still there. they've not even been painted to acknowledge that they exist.

    Any danger of the road being repaired this year?

  • These we first reported in October . They have been filled and reopened up within 3 weeks so must be covered under a warranty. You actually shut the rd for pothole repairs for 2 days and these were left . Every day I get a message saying they are being investigated and nothing happens. Will it take an accident like people are warning for you to address this ?

  • Extremely deep and still there - completely invisible in the dark - it's a miracle there's still a wheel on my car. These are dangerously situated on a blind bend.
