Blocked road drain with debris – Garry Street G44

The road drain shown in the attached photo on Garry Street is blocked with debris, litter, and vegetation. It is not draining properly, causing standing water to collect on the road and pavement during rainfall. This creates a slip hazard for pedestrians, increases the risk of vehicle spray, and could lead to localised flooding or surface damage if left unattended.

Please arrange for the drain to be cleared and inspected as a priority under the council’s duty to maintain safe road conditions.
