Drunks living in garages

There are two constantly drunken men living in these abandoned garages. They are urinating in the street every day and even committing sexual acts on themselves in the open and were living in the abandoned car before it was removed. The whole area stinks of urine and they are using needles too. Children walk past here for school and this is completely unsanitary. I have reported this several times, the police have even been and nobody is removing this pair.

Still living there. One of the men spends all day most days begging on narborough Road and if he's at the garages he is hassling passers by for cash. Mostly women. He follows people and won't stop harassing them for about ten metres.

Still here. The squatters have now stolen a padlock from somewhere and have used it to lock garage number 2. They are keeping the entire street up opening and closing the door late at night and early in the morning to get up and urinate in the street. There are now 3 mattresses there outside and a whole divan and a baby seat. Still approaching people and asking them for money, aggressive begging. This has been going on for almost six months now. These people need forcibly removing.
