Unauthorised flags attached to street lighting columns on Battlefield Road

A number of flags have been attached to lampposts along Battlefield Road without authorisation. They have been in place for several weeks and pose safety risks, including increased wind loading, potential structural failure, electrical hazards, and risk of detachment onto the road or pavement.

This issue falls under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 and the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974. Please arrange for their immediate removal and inspection of the affected columns to ensure public safety.
