Street light not working

Sent to London Borough of Bexley 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 829763.

Light outside Nos.11/13 Mayplace Road East has been out of order for over a week.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 22:47, Sun 3 July 2016

  • Was told on 29th May that the light had failed due to problems with the underground supply cable and that repair works to the cable can only be undertaken by UK Power Networks (UKPN), the owners of the cable. Details of the failure "have been passed to UKPN but we have not yet been informed of a date of repair". There was some work undertaken to the light around that time but I have heard nothing further and the light is still not working.
