There is a protruding access cover at the start of Cote Lane, Henleaze, where you turn left for St Monica’s with a raised hard edge of metal. This is a trip hazard which caused me an injury and could well be a trip hazard for St Monica’s residents and the general public.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8296537.

There is no choice but to step off the pavement and the access cover needs to be safely reset to road level to avoid further accidents.
