Public Waste Bin Missing

A Public bin that has been here for many years has been stolen or taken away... this needs to be replaced as residents have seen an increase in rubbish on the street and in the alleyway used as a cut through by school students leading to gardenia Ave. Dog walkers are also leaving there foul bags that would normally be put in this bin...
