This is not Clarion Housing Responsibility. LBB own the land and CHG own the blocks of flats and some houses. LBB in the 11 years I have lived here have ALWAYS cleared the leaves, cut trees and kept bushes to a minimum. Since when did this change? Do CHG now own the land around the blocks?

Thank you for your additional comments.
This has been checked and I can see LBB's contractor should be clearing the car park area on Duddington Close. This will be referred over to them internally to carry out a deep cleanse.

I watched your operative almost 2 weeks ago now literally Complete ARTHUR job (half a job). He didn’t get rid of the leaves only some and all the rubbish is accumulating again. Let’s wait for the rats at this point. Please can you come and complete the job - the leaves and the rubbish! Not sure why residents continually have to report the same issues! Someone should be spot checking!!!
