Cars are being parked on the pavement outside 14 Wolsey Close, blocking the footpath and making it difficult for pedestrians, wheelchair users, and prams to pass safely

Despite leaving a clear written notice at 14 Wolsey Close stating that parking on the footpath is illegal, the residents continue to park their vehicle on the pavement. This is blocking the walkway and making it unsafe and difficult for pedestrians, wheelchair users, and pushchairs to pass. There is CCTV evidence of this ongoing behaviour. They have recently moved into the neighbourhood but are ignoring the warning and continue to treat the pavement as their personal driveway.
