Cracks in recently resurfaced road

I am wanting to raise a flag about the number of cracks in the road recognising it was resurfaced in recent years. My concern is these cracks will get worse in winter with expanding ice creating pot holes. In addition Reading council has invested in similar road technology across the area so wanted to ensure this is not a wider issue.
