Nearly caused a cyclist to crash because of hgv coming the other way

    Hi, this pothole has been reported, I'm guessing by a man who hit it on Sunday night and had to pull up in the layby opposite our house as he had damaged his tyre/wheel. He was waiting for a tow truck.

    This pothole is very big and is incredibly dangerous as drivers are swerving into the middle of the road, on a sharp bend, into oncoming traffic to avoid it.

    I see the Council have said it is a priority 4 and will be repaired within 26 weeks but I feel it should be given priority attention due to the reason above.

    It is an accident waiting to happen.
