4 tyres have been thrown into the hedge next to the entrance to a field. The location is on the right hand side of the road when heading downhill towards the A4010 Wycombe Road. There is also a large fly-tipped block of stone [circled in the photo], which marks exactly where in the hedge the tyres have been thrown.
