Van parked and completely blocking the pavement.

This van is always blocking the pavement so pedestrians end up having to walk on the road. It's on Northcroft in Shenley Lodge, Number 48. They sometimes have another van which also used to block the pavement. They need to be told to move it before someone has an accident because they've had to walk on the road.
