More drop kerbs needed here too

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8286963.

Drop kerbs needed for the ramp here too for mobility access, plus the path on the southern side was ripped up by lorries going to a merry hill years ago. It was rebuilt but really poorly and uneven and not fit for purpose so that also needs redoing
