Tree condition.

Reported via mobile in the Trees category anonymously at 12:07, Sun 12 October 2025

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8284677.

This Ash tree requires looking at I believe MK city council have a tree inspector it would be beneficial for them to look at it. The tree is covered with ivy it’s sprouting more greens from the trunk. There are multiple lower branches that are being repeatedly hit by large commercial vehicles. A few days after the recent wind there were some sizeable peices of what appear to be dead wood on the green underneath. The three is located directly outside number 44/32 and opposite 49, Buckingham Road.

Updates

  • Council apparently inspected the tree said no action was needed. My neighbour reported the tree a few years back. Council sent a contractor to trim some lower branches. They said it needed further inspection but nothing ever came of it.
