This was already reported, but your Contractor is either Blind or telling Untruths about there attendance.

Directions Drive into Rushmore Close BR1 2DJ, then turn Left, look over onto the green grassed area to their Left and the Asbestos Cement Guttering can be found laying in the grass as per provided image.

Broken Disturbed Asbestos Cement is a danger to public health due to the release of micro particles into the air that can be breathed in by persons using the nearby public footpath and requires removal immediately, thank you.
