Traffic lights

Hello, the traffic lights at this junction has been altered, was never like this before last week. At this point it’s only allowing 4 cars to go through causing masses of traffic, especially at 3pm, the traffic build up is from this traffic light upto white hall school. This is ridiculous. Other junctions are fine. Look into this asap please. Thanks
