Black bin bags dumped on Langford Crescent road-council won't pick up, rotting ten days with mice and flies.

Fly-tipping at 23 Langport Crescent Mk56LZ, council-run emergency housing. Tenants change daily-no one's putting bags out on Fridays, unsure if they don't know, don't care, or just forget. Rubbish piled up ten days straight, mice scampering, flies buzzing-health nightmare. Please remove ASAP and remind tenants: keep waste in bins, it's their duty. And they're dumping the black bags straight onto the road-not in wheelie bins, so council skips collection. Makes it worse for traffic and spills everywhere
