Ref report 8275080; I suggest you send someone to take a proper look. The lamp is obstructed! The footway is unlit on the other side.. It isn't "rocket science". certainly in my time as an assistant chief officer on several Councils, this would have been dealt with urgently. I understand the Parish Council made contact about this to the owner and it has been ignored. if it is good enough for them, it should be good enough for West Northants. perhaps we need to contact the new Leader of the Council to get some sensible resolution?!
