The person living in this house is having their fence replaced and so the contractors have taken to parking their LGV on the footpath/cyclepath / verge and are working actively from the site. i was cycling on the cycle path and almost went straight into a man with a wheelbarrow as there is no signage to say that any works are happening and no notice on one network. this is incredibly unsafe. i haven't taken any pictures as i was cycling at the time. i believe the house is on The Chestnuts, with the garden that fronts onto audlett drive.
