Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8277434.
The trees that back onto the land of Kingfisher Way, along the fence line, are overgrown and overhanging over the fence. Please can these be kindly cut back as we are concerned it will effect the stability of the fence. Our grounds team noticed this on their attendance this week.

Thank you for your report. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the highway maintainable at public expense by OCC in the County’s capacity as local highway authority. A land registry search has confirmed that the trees are on land that is maintainable by INSERT COUNCIL HERE and not by the County Council. We advise to contact them directly to pursue this enquiry further.
