Road sign saving diversion in the middle of the cycle lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8277141.

One side of the cycle lane is completely blocked by a road sign saying "diversion". Please can it be removed or relocated to somewhere where it doesn't block the cycle lane.
