Severe road issue with tarmac degragded/potholes

This section by Sugarswell entrance has been highlighted many times. After confirmation that this section of road, is to be maintained by OCC, and not WCC, this serious dangerous issue still persists. Some weeks ago, someone came out and put white lines around the area, as if to highlight what needed to be fixed. Those white lines have faded, and still no work has been carried out. The section has several holes in it, degraded tarmac, where old tarmac has been ripped away by lorries turning into the farm entrances.
